Where do I get my Username and Password?
Students - contact your school office staff.
Parents - Bring photo ID to your students school office, complete the "Parent Portal Permission Slip", once completed you will be given a unique activation key and instructions on how to create your account.
I've entered my Activation Key and received an error "The activation key you entered has already been used to create a Campus Portal account"
You have already set up your Campus Portal account previously. Campus links all of your students together, you do not need a separate account for each student or to renew your account each year. Once you have created your account, it is good for all your students, past-present-future.
Forgot your Username or Password?
Please review "Recovering Username" or "Recovering Password" documentation (posted at the link shown below) then Click HELP and follow the instructions.

Please Note: If you have not entered a secure email for password recovery, Campus will not recognize your email address.
When I try to login, the page says "Either your username or password is not correct. Please try again!"
Be sure that you have typed your login name and password correctly. If you still can't login, or you have forgotten your username or password, follow the instructions for Username/Password recovery listed above.
Please note that an unsuccessful login attempt will inform you that information about your browser, IP address, and the failed attempt has been logged in the system. This is part of system security to prevent and document unauthorized access attempts.
When I try to login, the page says "Your user account has been disabled!"
You will need to contact your (students) school office to have your account re-activated.
I entered my new password twice and the old one once, and I can't save the page to complete the process.
Your password must be a "Strong" password (see the "Suggestions for Creating a Strong Password" section in the "Changing Parent/Student Password and Preferences" document posted at the link mentioned above). The meter graphic to the right of your new password cannot be in the red or yellow/gold area, it must be in the green (100%) area.
